Dr Sandeep Mukar

Dr Sandeep Mukar is a Specialist in Prosthodontics. He holds membership with both The Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh. His main areas of clinical practice are tooth wear, managing failing dentitions, implants and dentures.

Sandeep qualified from Peninsula Dental School in 2014, after which he completed a year of general practice foundation training in Essex and, thereafter, a year-long hospital training post within an Oral & Maxillofacial department. A return to general practice followed before commencing specialty training in Prosthodontics.

Sandeep successfully completed the 4-year specialty programme in Prosthodontics at King’s College London, qualifying with Distinction. His research work, on tooth wear, was presented at a national conference and published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Sandeep balances his work in private practice with teaching – serving as a Clinical Lecturer for students across the UK. He was awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), demonstrating his commitment to quality in teaching and dental education.

He is also recognised as a specialist examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Outside of dentistry, Sandeep is a keen football fan. Particularly loyal to Inter Milan, he visits the San Siro to catch live matches. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends. Known for his approachable & friendly nature, Sandeep aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for every patient, making them feel at ease from the moment they step in.
